HUB International Ontario, Gamble Insurance is currently hiring a passionate, motivated and customer focused, Part Time Personal Insurance Account Manager, working out of our Sarnia, ON office. This role is responsible for a combination of service and sales functions, requiring a dedicated team player attitude. The successful individual reports directly to the Manager, Personal Lines. You will be working 3 days per week

Responsibilities:
* Provide clients with prompt, courteous and professional service
* Resolve client concerns and complaints while ensuring that excellent service standards are met
* Meet growth targets and sales goals
* Analyze client coverage, exposures and loss experience to determine risk requirements
* Prepare client pre-renewal and renewal packages, policies, submissions, binders, letters, summaries and invoices
* Review policy documentation for accuracy and completeness
* Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
* Effective management of workflow
* Servicing Personal Insurance accounts as well as selling
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
* College Diploma or University Degree and/or equivalent work experience
* 2-5 years of experience in Personal Insurance preferred or similar professional work experience
* RIBO Licensed Preferred or willingness to obtain
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Experience on EPIC or equivalent insurance broker management system preferred
* CIP/CAIB/CRM Designation completed or in progress an asset
* Strong organizational, time and client management skills
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong team player and ability to work independently
* Proactive and customer focused approach
* Knowledge of diverse insurance policies and emerging insurance trends
* Resourceful researching skills
