Responsabilities Strategy & Analytics • Strategy- Take internal priorities and company direction to develop a cutting edge and innovative marketing plan using the tactics at our disposal. • Objectives - Define objectives and strategies for each project • Campaigns- work with team leaders and management to create campaigns, feature sheets, brochures, advertising and merchandising solutions. • Monitoring – Analyse results from our marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future strategies. Creative development • Create- be responsible for all creative development for materials on and offline including print advertising, banner advertising, product sheets etc. Digital Campaigns • Email Marketing - Design, send and optimize our monthly newsletter, product communication and surveys where needed. • Database – Ensure our subscriber lists are up to date • Social Media –Manage APRIL’s Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram accounts. Curate content and display APRIL content to optimize company visibility. Website management • Agency coordination – Liaise with our web agency for maintenance and development of our website • Publication – Maintain our website through content and optimisation • SEO – Optimize our use of keywords on the website to improve our Google ranking Merchandising • Events - Liaise with Directors and team leaders prior to conferences and various events. • Orders – Find, customize and order promotional items for conventions and broker meetings. Requirements • Experience of marketing strategy development, pulling together a cohesive plan from a number of marketing tactics. • Bachelor degree in marketing or in a related field • Fully bilingual English and French (written and oral) *MANDATORY* • Excellent knowledge of web marketing (eblast) and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) • Experience in web analytics (Google Analytics) • Experience in technology watch and optimization campaigns (Google Adwords) • Experience in database maintenance • Knowledge of HTML and Wordpress • Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (specifically Excel) • Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset) Skills • Autonomous self starter in a multi-tasking position • Excellent Organizational skills and priority management • Ceative • Good computer skills • Very good customer service • Good adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment. • Excellent interpersonal abilities. • Accuracy and detail oriented
