Our Specialist, Financial Services Life provide full cycle service to support the Network branch offices and sales representatives in order to successfully place Life and A&S Business

Your success stems from being a life licensed subject matter expert and being able to assist the branch sales teams by providing carrier, product and compliance knowledge and assisting with training new FS AEs. You will play an active role in development and implementation of tools and procedures with the goal to increase technical knowledge and productivity of Finance Services branch staff.

  • Support MGA growth by providing expertise and efficiencies in the processing of applications
  • Train new Financial Services representatives on MGA process and procedures
  • Initiate and process insurance company contract documents for internal brokers
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Life MGA application processing requirements to Department and Life Account Executives
  • Educate Financial Services AEs on compliance Best Practices and complete regular audits of compliance
  • Train all new and existing Account Executives across the Network on product, process and programs
  • Work closely with Financial Service head office team to work through problems, find solutions and help new business flow through the MGA

  • Life License is a mandatory requirement
  • 1-5 years experience working experience with Life polices with a background in a selling is an asset
  • Experience in financial products offered by Life companies, Life MGA, banking or credit union institutions is required
  • Experience working with Life MGA Client/Broker Management software is an asset
  • High energy, a positive attitude, a team player
  • Ability to take direction but act with initiative and self-motivate to meet deadlines and responsibilities
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong planning, follow up & organizational skills
